Commission, 10% to 14%Put teams in our gear, in person or over the phone. We send you fresh leads every day, so you spend your time selling, not searching. You'll work with coaches, athletic directors, and club and league organizers. You own the relationships; we handle the design, production and delivery.

- Work the leads we send you daily: call, follow up and turn them into orders.
- Find and sign new accounts too: teams, schools, clubs, leagues and businesses in your territory.
- Sell however works best for you: by phone, or in person at practices, games, tournaments and booster meetings.
- Take each account from first call to quote, working with our pro designers or our Design Studio.
- Follow each order through to delivery, and keep your accounts coming back each season.
- Keep your leads and deals up to date in our CRM.

What you bring
- Phone sales, outside sales or field sales experience, or connections in youth, school, club or adult sports.
- Confidence on the phone and the follow-through to turn a lead into an order.
- The drive to build a book of business on your own schedule.
- Reliable transportation if you'll be selling in person.
- As a 1099 contractor, you run your own business and handle your own taxes.

Uniform Designer
Hourly
$25 an hourDesign the custom jerseys and uniforms our teams wear, from the client's brief to the print-ready file.
What you'll do
- Design custom uniforms and teamwear from client briefs, logos and ideas.
- Make proofs, take feedback and turn revisions quickly.
- Prepare print-ready files on our factory layouts, with the right colors, names and numbers.
- Add new designs to our Design Studio, so customers can make them their own.
What you bring
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills and a portfolio of apparel or sports design.
- An eye for color, type and team identity, and care with every detail.
- Experience with sublimation, PANTONE colors or garment layouts is a plus.

Production Manager

$60,000 a yearOwn every order from approved design to delivery, with our factories in the USA and overseas.
What you'll do
- Send orders and the weekly purchase orders to our factories, and keep them on schedule.
- Check print files, rosters and sizes before anything goes into production.
- Track production and shipping, and keep customers and reps up to date.
- Solve problems fast: delays, reprints, quality checks and missing pieces.
- Keep lead times and costs on target as we grow.
What you bring
- Experience in apparel production, sublimation or manufacturing.
- Organization under deadlines, with many orders moving at once.
- Clear communication with factories, customers and our team.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and tools like monday.com and Google Drive.

What sales reps could make
Based on the 238 clubs, schools and leagues on our leads right now. The average one is worth $16,339 in uniforms, across about 10 teams.
Your tier is set each quarter by that quarter's new sales.

Plus about $5,882 the year after, at 5%, as this year's accounts reorder and add players. That grows with every account you sign.
Reorder assumptions
These are estimates to give you an idea, not a promise of earnings. An account's value is what its whole program would cost at our entry Core prices; Elite and Pro uniforms cost more, so they pay more. Commission is paid on revenue collected, once the customer has paid.
How you get paid
New sales
10%, 12%, 14% of revenue on every new account, by your tier.
Residuals
5% on reorders and added players from accounts you own, website reorders included.
Big add-ons
New products, or a new order over 10 pieces on an account you own, pay your full tier rate, not the residual.
Paid when they pay
Commission is worked out on revenue collected, automatically, once the customer has paid.
Tiers are reviewed every quarter on that quarter's new sales. Residuals don't count toward your tier, but they're yours every month.

Most reps start with a few clubs they already know and the leads we send them. The ones who keep signing grow it into a full-time income.

Sell on your own hours, alongside a job, coaching or school. We give you the catalog, pricing, samples and a designer for every account.

Every account you sign is yours. Their reorders and new players pay you every season, so your income grows even in a slow month.

Climb the tiers
Each quarter's new sales set your tier, up to 14%. Hold the top tier and you're ready for more.

Make it full time
Reps with a steady book and the top tier earn a territory of their own and can make this their full-time income. We go over your territory and tier with you each quarter.
