Getting started

Two ways to get your team's gear, and no minimums on either: one-offs are welcome.

  1. Design it yourself in the Design Studio: pick your sport, a product and a design, then make it yours in 3D.
  2. Or get a pro designer: answer a few questions in the quote form and our designers send you a proof.
  3. Approve your design, pay online by card or bank, and we make it.
  4. Follow your order from design to delivery on its own page.
Open the Design Studio

  • Which one should I pick?

    • The Studio is quickest when you know what you want: you see the price as you go and can order straight away.
    • A pro designer is best for a fully custom look, a rebrand or anything the Studio doesn't offer, like team jackets.
    • You can start in the Studio and still ask us to finish it: Get a quote sends your design to our team.

  • Your account

    • Sign in with a password, Google, Apple or an emailed sign-in link (no password needed).
    • Your portal keeps your saved designs, orders, quotes, invoices, team stores and team votes in one place.

Design Studio

Our 3D builder. Work down the steps on the right (or the bar at the bottom on phones); every step shows what you picked.

  1. Product: choose your sport, Teamwear or Hats, then the product.
  2. Series: choose how it's made (sublimated, sublimated in the USA, or cut & sewn with stitched names and numbers). Each says how long it takes; need it within 3 weeks? Choose Sublimated in the USA.
  3. Design: pick your team colors first, so every design is shown in them, then pick a design.
  4. Details: sleeves, cuffs, collar stripes, placket or a lace-up collar, where the product has them.
  5. Logos: upload your logos and drag them where you want them. Match jersey colors to my logo colors the jersey in your logo's colors.
  6. Colors: change any part, add a gradient or a pattern under Patterns & gradients.
  7. Names & numbers: type the team name, player names and numbers, and choose the font.
  8. Roster & order: add your players and sizes, add matching extras, then Add to cart, Get a quote or Buy now.
Try the Studio

  • Moving around the 3D view

    • New to the Studio? The Quick tour in the ⋯ menu shows you around in four steps.
    • Stuck, or want something the Studio doesn't do? Ask a designer (at the top) sends us your question with your design, and we answer by email.
    • Drag to turn the garment; pinch or scroll to zoom in on the fabric.
    • Undo and redo sit over the garment, so nothing you try is permanent.
    • Features shows dots on the garment explaining what makes it special (fabric, build, vents).
    • On a reversible, the Side A / Side B switch lets you design each side in its own colors.
    • Your look shows every product in your order together, side by side or worn together. Tap a product's name to show or hide it, and side by side, drag a product to move it.
    • While you design, the bar at the bottom can suggest a matching hoodie or cap with its price. Add it puts what you're designing in your order and opens the hoodie or cap with your colors and logo already on it.

  • Build your own from the ground up

    • On the Modern hockey jersey, the Design step offers Finished design or Build it from the ground up.
    • Building, pick the body from any design, then the shoulders and the sleeves from any others, or plain sleeves.
    • Pick the part to change with its Body, Shoulders or Sleeves tab, or just tap that part on the 3D jersey. The rest of the jersey is grayed out while you change it, so you can see which part you're working on.
    • The bar over the jersey has arrows that step through that part's designs, so you can watch the jersey change without scrolling, which is handiest on a phone.
    • The designs listed first are the best matches for what you've picked, so stripes line up where the parts are sewn together. Show more lists the rest; those marked May not line up may have a stripe stop at a seam.
    • Pick your team colors (under the parts) and every part comes out in them. Each part's colors can still be changed on their own under Colors.

  • Colors, gradients & patterns

    • Team colors fill every design and product, so your whole order matches.
    • Pick colors from Basic, Pro teams (by city) or PANTONE. Type a PANTONE code or a hex code to find the closest.
    • Fade any color into a second one for a gradient, or lay a pattern over it.
    • Shuffle colors (in the ⋯ menu) tries new combinations if you're stuck.

  • Logos

    • Upload your primary and secondary logo, plus up to four more for the sleeves, back or leg.
    • A plain background is removed for you; Undo brings it back.
    • Match jersey colors to my logo (under your logo, and at the top of Colors) makes your logo's main colors your team colors, then asks which one the jersey should be; the others go on the stripes, collar and trim. Undo puts the old ones back.
    • The Studio tells you if a logo may print blurry. Upload vector art (SVG) or a big PNG, or press Sharpen (vector) on a flat-colored logo.
    • Tap a logo on the garment to pick it, drag to move it, drag a corner to resize it, and turn it left or right. It snaps to the center as you move it.
    • Every logo also has its own size buttons in the list, and you can switch any spot on or off.
    • On teamwear, logo templates give you a ready-made team lockup with your team name and sport.

  • Names, numbers & text

    • Pick a font for names and another for numbers, with their own colors, outline and letter spacing.
    • Turn the front number on or off, and keep both sleeve numbers matched (Match both sleeves).
    • Tap any name or number on the garment to change just that one: its size, turn, its own color and outline, or hide it. The back name can be gold while the numbers stay white. With Match both sleeves on, both sleeve numbers change together.
    • Add up to four lines of your own text, on the front or back.
    • On hats, choose each logo's finish: embroidered, 3D puff, a leather, rubber or woven patch, or sublimated.

  • Roster & sizes

    • Type, paste or upload your roster: names, numbers and sizes.
    • Names are printed exactly as you type them: if you put "JOHN SMITH", the back of the jersey says "JOHN SMITH". Check the spelling before you order.
    • Each player can wear a different size in each product (say, an XL jersey with M socks).
    • Hockey, lacrosse and football teams can mark a captain (C) and alternates (A): their letter goes on the left chest. Tap the eye beside a player to see it.
    • Only sizes we can make are offered: shorts by waist size, toddler sizes where a pattern has them, and goalie cuts on hockey jerseys.
    • Hats are one size, so you just say how many.
    • Check the Size guide for measurements before you order.

  • Cart & checkout

    • Add to cart keeps your look, colors, logos and roster, so the next product matches.
    • Add matching teamwear (or socks and pant shells for hockey) from Roster & order.
    • Check out opens a full-screen checkout: your order and roster, then your details, then done. Back to design takes you back exactly where you were.
    • Your details are remembered on your device, so your next order is quicker.
    • Change how each product is made right in your order, say to Sublimated in the USA when you need it sooner.
    • Ordered before? Signed in, you can start from a roster you've used before rather than typing everyone in again.
    • Before you order, Your order points out anything worth a second look, like two players with the same number.
    • Buy now asks where to ship it (your saved address is filled in), or you can add it later on your order's page.
    • Get a quote sends it to our team to check; Buy now pays straight away.

  • Saving your work

    • Your design is kept in your browser as you go, so a reload or a phone call won't lose it.
    • Save keeps it in your account under My designs, to come back to anytime.
    • Download a picture of your design as a PDF from the ⋯ menu.
    • Start over (in the ⋯ menu) clears it and starts fresh.

Sharing, feedback & rosters

Get your team and coaches involved without passing files around.

  1. Save your design, then open it in My designs in your portal.
  2. Turn on sharing and send the link: anyone with it can see it in 3D.
  3. They can tap Looks good or Suggest a change, and you see what they said under the design.
  4. Turn on Collect roster from players and send that link so each player adds their own name, number and size.

  • Share links

    • Whoever opens your link can turn it around in 3D but can't change your design: they can only save a copy of their own.
    • They can also press Order this design to add a roster and get a quote or buy it, handy for a coach or parent paying.
    • Turn sharing off anytime and the link stops working.

  • Roster links

    • Players pick from the product's real sizes and see which numbers are taken (never who took them).
    • Their entries show under the design in My designs, where you can remove one.
    • Open the design in the Studio and the players are added to its roster for you.

Team votes

Let the team choose: a private page where everyone votes on the designs, comments and adds their own.

  1. In your portal, open My team votes (or press Let the team vote on it under a design).
  2. Pick one to six of your saved designs and name each piece: Home jersey, Away jersey, Socks…
  3. Add the coach's email if you'd like them to run it with you, then copy the private link and send it to the team.
  4. When you're ready, press Pick the winners: the most voted design for each piece is picked for you, or choose another.
Start a team vote

  • For the team

    • Only people with the link can see the vote; it isn't public or searchable.
    • Votes are anonymous: one per piece per person, and you can change or take it back.
    • Comment with your name or without it.
    • Open & remix any design in the Studio, or make your own, then Add your version to the vote.

  • For whoever runs it

    • You, or the coach once they sign in with that email, decide when it ends: close voting, reopen it, or set a closing date.
    • Take down any version or comment that doesn't belong.
    • The winners are saved to your designs, with the whole set as one design ready to order.
    • Order the set, or open a team store with the winners so every player buys their own.

Team stores: for coaches & organizers

A shop for your team where every player or parent buys and pays for their own gear, and everything is made together.

  1. Design and save your gear in the Studio.
  2. In your portal, open My team stores and press Open a store: team name, sport, city, state, and, if you like, when orders close.
  3. Under Manage, add products from your saved designs and choose whether buyers add their name and number.
  4. Share the store link (or its code) with your team. We send everyone's orders to production together and email your buyers as their gear is made.

  • Products & packages

    • Hide, show or remove products anytime; a product with orders is hidden rather than removed.
    • Make a package (like a Player pack) of two or more products, bought together in one go.
    • The store takes your team's colors and logo from your designs, with nothing to set up.

  • Fundraising

    • Add a markup of up to $100 to any product to raise money for your team.
    • First tell us your cause (what you're raising for) and who the money goes to.
    • Your dashboard shows orders, sales, what's been raised, sent and still to send. Download a statement for your school or club.

  • Orders & your team

    • See every paid order and whether it's gone to production, and download them as a spreadsheet.
    • Message the team emails every buyer at once (up to three times a day).
    • Buyers get their own emails: an order confirmation, then when the gear is being made, shipped and delivered.
    • Close the store early, or reopen it, under Manage.

  • When orders go to production

    • We decide when your team's orders go to production, and we make everything.
    • A store can stay open as long as you like, with no closing date. Under Paid orders you'll see when the next batch goes.
    • Every paid order not yet sent goes together, and buyers get an email that their gear is being made.
    • Your store's page tells buyers when the next batch goes. Need it sooner? Email us and we'll send it early.

Team stores: for players & parents

Shopping your team's store takes a couple of minutes.

  1. Open the link your coach sent, or search for your team's name, city or code on Find your team store.
  2. Pick your gear, choose your size, and add your name and number if the item takes them.
  3. Check your order, then pay securely by card.
  4. We email your confirmation, then let you know as your team's gear is made and shipped.

  • Good to know

    • If the store has a countdown, order before it reaches zero. A store without one says when the next batch goes to production.
    • Size guide links show the measurements for each product.
    • If a number is taken you'll see so, but you can still choose it.
    • Your name and email are remembered on your device for next time.
    • Use Share this store to send it to another parent or player.

Quotes, invoices & your order

Everything about an order lives on its own private page, linked from your emails and your portal.

  1. Your quote or invoice email links to its page. Accept a quote, or add where your order ships and pay an invoice.
  2. Pay by card or bank through Stripe. We never ask for bank transfers by email.
  3. Approve your proof when we send it.
  4. Follow each step, Design to Delivered, with an estimated arrival and tracking once it ships.
Go to your portal

  • Tracking & receipts

    • Track an order from your portal, or with its quote code and your email under Track order.
    • Once shipped, copy the tracking number or open the carrier's page.
    • Receipt / invoice gives you a printable receipt for your records.

  • Your gear, photographed

    • Order from the Studio and your order's page shows each product as a photo: front and back, a three-quarter view and close-ups of the name, number and fabric.
    • They're made by AI from your design, an artist's impression that takes about 20 seconds a picture. Your proof is what shows exactly what we make.

  • Your mailing address

    • Save it once in your portal under Mailing address and it's used for your orders.
    • Change an order's address on its page until it ships.

  • Reorders & new players

    • Reorder from your portal's Orders tab: Reorder with changes opens your order in the Studio to add players, change sizes or tweak the design, and Reorder as is (under More) asks us to quote the same order again.
