How to collect sizes, names and numbers without the group chat chaos

Three ways to get every player's size, name and number into one roster, without chasing anyone over text.

The roster is where most team orders stall. Here are three ways to get it done, depending on how your team works.

1. Send a roster link

Save your design, then turn on Collect roster from players in your portal. You get a link to send to the team. Each player adds their name, number and size, picking from the sizes that product is actually made in, and everything lands on your design's roster. Players can see which numbers are taken (not who took them), so doubles are rare.

2. Paste it in

Already have a spreadsheet? Copy the columns (name, number, size) and paste them into the roster in the Studio. It reads the sizes for you and flags anything a product isn't made in.

3. Open a team store

If each family is paying for their own gear, a team store collects sizes, names, numbers and payment all at once.

Before you order

  • Check every name is spelled the way it should print: we print exactly what's typed
  • Look for doubled numbers
  • Make sure every player has a size in every product
  • On hockey, lacrosse and football, mark your captains (C) and alternates (A)
