How to raise money for your team with a team store
A team store lets every family order and pay for their own gear, and can raise money for the team at the same time. Here's how it works.
Collecting money from every family, chasing sizes over text and placing one big order is the job nobody wants. A team store hands it over: you design the gear once, share a link, and each player orders and pays for their own.
How it works
- Design your team's gear in the Studio: jerseys, hoodies, tees, hats, whatever you'd like to offer
- Open a store with those products and a closing date. It costs nothing to open
- Share the link with your team. Families pick their size, add a name and number, and pay by card
- When the store closes, every order goes to production together and ships to you
Raising money
You can add a markup of up to $100 to any product, and that markup is raised for your team. Before you add one, the store asks what you're raising money for (new equipment, tournament fees, travel) and who the money goes to, so families can see where it's going.
For example, add $10 to a hoodie and $5 to a hat, and if twenty families each buy both, you've raised $300 for the team without a single bake sale.
Keeping everyone in the loop
Each buyer gets an email when they order and again as the team's order is made and shipped. You can message everyone who's ordered from the store, see every order with its sizes, names and numbers, and download the list at any time.
